This means we do not maintain a stock of head bands and bows for sale. When an order is placed, specific materials, such as ribbon or lace, are cut or ordered to fit your exact needs. We are therefore unable to accept returns on headbands or bows as they cannot be resold.
We would also incur a loss in both materials and time in preparing your order together with the time it takes to redo it. We therefore recommend that you please read your order confirmation carefully. While mistakes do happen, if your order is incorrectly made due to our error, we will cover the cost of the return. We will not accept merchandise back after it has been worn and will not be responsible for the upkeep of your product after it has been received.
Before placing your order please check that all the information such as size, colour and text.
We put a lot of care into making our accessories to a high quality - but if the product you have received is faulty please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.
Please be specific when ordering personalised product as all sales are final.
We will follow whatever instructions you have on your order, so be sure you are precise. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.
We will not accept returns of products that were ordered in the wrong size or colour. As each order on the site is custom made, the products cannot be resold to anyone else. Therefore, it is important that you are specific about the colours and sizes that you order. We will not accept requests to adjust the size of a bow after your order has been placed as different sizes have different prices.
All products are photographed and presented with full details. Please bear in mind that occasionally our bow and fabric suppliers change. Therefore there may be slight variations in colours/sizes compared to one you may have purchased a year ago.
