Return Policy
At Cute Cute, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return or exchange in line with the following guidelines.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact us first at info@cutecute.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a returns form to include with your package.
Please ensure:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- You include your order number, details, and reason for return on the returns form.
- You provide a daytime telephone number and email in case we need to contact you.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. Returns are sent at your own cost, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly sent items. Cute Cute cannot be responsible for items lost in transit until they are received.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 working days to inspect and process your request. Returns are handled in the order they are received. Once your return is processed, we will confirm via email. Please allow 3–4 days for any refunds to appear on your card or payment method.

Our Returns Policy
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
This policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your rights regarding faulty or mis-described products.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received.
Legal Right to Cancel
For most online purchases, you have a 14-day period to change your mind under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- The 14 days start from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the product.
- If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
- To cancel, notify us via email or post before the 14-day period expires.
- If you have already received the product, it must be returned within 14 days of cancellation notification at your cost.
Refunds for cancelled orders will include the full product price.
Please note: Refunds may be adjusted if items are returned in a condition that would not be permitted in a retail store.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 14 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and reimburse standard return postage.
Gift Returns
Items received as a gift can be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be made to the original payment method of the purchaser, and a notification will be sent to them upon completion of the exchange. This does not affect the legal rights of the purchaser.
